SPECIALIZING IN STREET AND PARKING LOT LIGHTING

Monthly inspections of all lighting will be performed. We will repair only when needed at a rate that has previously been agreed upon. If no repairs are required you will receive a monthly report card stating all lights were checked and working. This service will be performed at no charge to you.

We will keep a three year running record of all ballasts and a one year running record of all lamps. If any of these parts are replaced or burnt out during the warranty period ( 1 years on ballasts, 1 year on lamps) they will be replaced at no charge to you. Warranty is valid on defective components only and does not cover acts of nature.

With the initial setup of your service contract we will go to each job site and identify all poles with a number and all fixtures with a letter ( pole #1, fixture A, pole #1, fixture B, etc.) this will be done on a no charge basis.
